The demand of the dance on the body is determined by the type of dance, the intensity of the dance and the available dance floor space for the dancer. As there are many dance variations involving many different movements a generalised stretching program for freeform dancing is selected here. On a dance floor that is packed full of people there is less space and less scope for adventurous dancing, especially with respect to the lower limb.
